TheTechStop.net

With the Internet filled with a multitude of excellent, informative and entertaining hardware/software/gaming sites, TheTechStop strives to offer something a little different: a site with soul. Yes, We review new hardware and technologies. Yes, we report on tech trends and happenings. Yes we send our editors out to the shows, conferences and product releases that shape the IT world. Yes, we give our visitors our view of networking, homebrewing and hacking. We want our publication to be useful and relevant to the IT professional as well as the closet geek. In that respect, we strive to give you the highest quality technology reporting of which we are capable.

Where we differ from the mass of tech publications is the core belief from which our passion for technology flows. We hold the belief that technology must be seen as a tool, and IT as a skillset rather than an end and a vocation. Though we have as much technolust as the next nerd or uberGeek, we are much more interested in working towards having technology improve life than having IT define living.
