On this episode we start by taking a look at the LiquidFM from Kensington. This little $60 device immediately distinguishes itself from other iPod transmitters by not sucking right out of the box!

Seriously though, it overcomes the main drawback of any FM transmitter: the inability to broadcast on any but a handful of channels. Kensington has given users the entire FM spectrum and included a seek button that the LiquidFM to automatically find the best (i.e. most clear) channel. Top it off with clear audio, an iPod docking connector that will charge your mobile device and a LCD that tells you to which channel you should tune your radio and we’ve got a real interesting gadget.

We then go back to the CES footage to take a look at a waterproof iPod case from H2O audio and we get a sneak peak at the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus.
